A 71 year old female presented with an irregular mass in the pancreatic body, extending beyond the pancreatic head. The 35 x 19 mm mass was hypoechoic and heterogeneous, with irregular outer margins. The patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) to sample the lesion. Five static images (1 DQ, 4PAP) of the direct smears are provided.
