An 87 year-old male presented with a dilated main pancreatic duct (up to 14mm in diameter) on CT scan. An endoscopic ultrasound revealed a soft tissue mass within the pancreatic duct, which was sampled for cytological diagnosis via endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA).
