Clinical History: The patient is a 53 year old man who presents with a left sided 2.6 cm firm parotid mass. The mass had been present for 10 months and slowly enlarging. Six weeks ago he had a dental procedure on the same side and has been experiencing tenderness in the jaw since then. Fine needle aspiration sampling is performed.
