Writing up the case – what you need.

1. 1. Provide a short clinical history (2-3 lines that include age/gender/location of the lesion and type of procedure)
   2. Write a simple question (1-2 lines)
   3. Give four (brief) answer choices (A-D)
   4. Indicate the correct choice
   5. Provide one pertinent reference (in Pubmed style)
   6. Submit as a Microsoft word (.docx) file. Not PDF

Submit four images

1. 1. High quality, uncompressed jpg format
   2. May include IHC or histopathology follow-up images
