A 41-year-old woman underwent cosmetic breast augmentation 10 years ago. She developed unilateral right breast swelling and pain.  Peri-implant fluid was aspirated and submitted for cytologic evaluation (ThinPrep preparation). The large atypical cells shown are strongly CD30-positive and ALK-negative.
