CASE HISTORY: 
A 76 year old female patient with a history of right renal mass presented with multiple bilateral lung nodules. On imaging, the largest nodule in the left lung measured 2 cm and a CT guided core biopsy was performed. Touch preparations were made during on site adequacy evaluation/triage by cytopathology.
