A 58 year old male presented with a 13 X 9 mm hypoechoic heterogeneous nodule located in the tail of the pancreas. The nodule was mixed solid and cystic, with distal enhancement. The patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) to sample the mass. 12 Static images (3 DQ, 3PAP, 2 H&E and 4 IHC stained slides) of the direct smears are provided.
