Clinical History:
A 21 year old female underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) of a 36 mm complex (cystic and solid) lesion located in the pancreatic head and neck (figure 1). Cytology smears and cell block preparation were prepared.
