CT(IAC) Comprehensive Cytotechnology Examination
The CT(IAC) comprehensive cytotechnology examination is not a screening test, but is designed to determine with some degree of accuracy your diagnostic skills and your ability to recognize malignant from nonmalignant cells.
Applicants should have at least three years of experience and knowledge of most body sites.
Successful exam registrants receive a certificate to show they have achieved the CT(IAC) status and are eligible to apply for IAC membership.
The IAC International Board of Cytopathology Examination
This voluntary examination is open to applicants who have been medical members (MIAC) for at least two years.
The exam is comprehensive and covers all body sites. Major emphasis lies on personal experience.
