Cytological interpretation for salivary gland lesions is usually challenging. Besides, different preparation methods may provide different pros and cons in diagnosing.
In this webinar, Dr. Mark CC Chen aims to share his cases in liquid-based cytology (LBC) and provide a case-oriented discussion for your reference. Compared to conventional smears, LBC usually has a relatively clear or indistinct background (mucoid, inflammatory, etc.) but a better chance to prepare additional slides or cell blocks.
