After 24 years Belgium again has the honour to welcome a distinguished company from Europe and beyond for the 46th European Congress of Cytology. Back then for a young resident it was the first big international congress and the experience was incredible. So it will be again, when we meet old and new friends, learn from each other and grow together.
The exams will take place on Sunday, 4. October 2026.
The International Academy of Cytology offers two examinations. All applications for the IAC exam must be submitted for approval to the International Academy of Cytology. Applications are available on-line at the IAC website.
The International Academy Board of Cytopathology Examination: A voluntary examination for Medical members (MIAC) of at least two years membership is a comprehensive exam covering all body sites.
