This meeting is designed for pathologists, cytopathologists, cytotechnologists, students, and other members of the cytopathology community.
Educational Objectives
The American Society of Cytopathology's 60th Annual Scientific Meeting will:
- Update cytopathologists and cytotechnologists on the current practice of cytopathology, review the latest techniques, and update disease classification to achieve better diagnostic accuracy.
- Encourage and promote greater knowledge of cytopathology to set the highest standards for quality patient care.
- Foster research in the early diagnosis and effective treatment of human cancer and other diseases.
- Provide a forum for advocacy on behalf of cytopathologists and their patients.
