Registration and Payment

Registration
On-line registration has now closed.

  • The Registration fee includes Lunch and Coffee Break on registration days.
  • Registrants will have the chance to buy an optional Program CD with lecture presentations.
  • Payments may be made in Hong Kong Dollars or US Dollars.
  • Prices for members of the IAC and HKCS differ from prices of non-members.
  • Registration is not finalized until payment has been recieved.

Refund Policy:

An administrative fee of US $60 will be withheld for any cancellation.  Refund requests must be received at the IAC Office by mail, fax, or email by February 3rd, 2012.  No refunds will be processed thereafter.
