Case 25
A 37 year old male presented with an oval hypoechoic mass in the body of the pancreas measuring 3x3 cm. The mass was sampled by endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA). 5static images (3 Pap stain, 1 H&E and 1 IHC stained slide) are provided.

Case 26
An 87 year old male presented with a dilated main pancreatic duct (up to 14mm in diameter) on CT scan. An endoscopic ultrasound revealed a soft tissue mass within the pancreatic duct, which was sampled for cytological diagnosis via endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA).

Case 27
A 90 year old male with history of a right renal mass presented with a pancreatic nodule. An endoscopic ultrasound-guided needle aspiration was performed. 7 Static images (3 DQ, 3 PAP-stained and 1 H&E cell block slide) of the direct smear are provided.

Case 28
A 21 year old female underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) of a 36 mm complex (cystic and solid) lesion located in the pancreatic head and neck (figure 1). Cytology smears and cell block preparation were prepared.

Case 29
A 64 year old male presented with an oval hypoechoic mass in the tail of the pancreas measuring 63mm x 42 mm. The mass was sampled by endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA). 11 static images (3 DQ, 2 H&E and 6 IHC stained slides) of the direct smear are provided.

Case 30
A 58 year old male presented with a 13 X 9 mm hypoechoic heterogeneous nodule located in the tail of the pancreas. The nodule was mixed solid and cystic, with distal enhancement. The patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) to sample the mass. 12 Static images (3 DQ, 3PAP, 2 H&E and 4 IHC stained slides) of the direct smears are provided.
